Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Wila account and personal data at any time.

In the Wila app

1. Open Me → Settings → Delete account.
2. Read the warning carefully.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.
4. We call DELETE /me, clear local data, and return you to the login screen.

By email

Send a request from your registered email to business@wila.social with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

• Your profile, nickname, and photo.
• Your messages and activity history.
• Your remaining virtual coins (no cash value; non-refundable).
• Push subscriptions and active sessions.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, then securely deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
