Welcome to Wila. By accessing or using our app or website you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Wila.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using Wila you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

3. Virtual coins & purchases

• Wila uses virtual "coins" to access certain features (such as video sessions, messaging, and gifts). Coins have no cash value and are a limited license to use in‑app features.
• Coin prices and feature costs are shown in the app and may change. Purchases are generally final and non‑refundable, except where required by law.
• Coins are non‑transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may adjust balances to correct errors or fraud.
• Promotional coins/tickets (e.g. sign‑up or referral rewards) may expire or be revoked if obtained through abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or exploit others; share sexual content involving minors or non‑consenting persons; solicit money outside the platform; impersonate others; scrape, hack, or disrupt the service; or use Wila for anything illegal. See our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, coin forfeiture, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Wila a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

6. Safety & moderation

We may review reports, monitor for policy violations, and remove content or accounts to keep the community safe. Use the in‑app report and block tools if someone behaves inappropriately.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Wila is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using Wila at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in‑app. Contact: business@wila.social.
